We chose 1Password, first of all, because of its security policy. We switched to 1Password to gain access to features like that and to lower our overall monthly bill, because Keeper has a lot of things ad hoc and 1Password has a lot of functionality bundled into the base plan itself. Unfortunately, there's some real shortcomings with it, like a group can't own a record, basic things that ought to be present for something that's already done for so many years at this time.
